Driven by the Soroptimist mission to transform the lives of women and girls, Estelita utilized her visionary leadership during her 2006 to 2008 tenure to spearhead local initiatives focused on education, economic empowerment, and advocacy. For her, empowering women is not just a civic duty; it is the foundation for uplifting entire families and communities.
